Eric J. Cavett has been with the firm since 2006. He currently handles cases involving personal injury law, business law, and commercial litigation.
Mr. Cavett is originally from Mustang, Oklahoma, where he graduated from Mustang High School. He received his bachelor’s in business administration, and finance and management information systems from the University of Oklahoma in 2002. He graduated from Oklahoma City University in 2008 with his Juris Doctor degree. Eric served for two years as a staff member for the OCU Law Review journal.
Eric is heavily involved in the charity Cavett Kids Foundation, in which Cavett Kids provides positive experiences through camps and events to children battling life-threatening and terminal illnesses. Eric is also an active member of the Turner Inn of Court and the Oklahoma Association for Justice.
Foshee & Yaffe attorney Eric J. Cavett has been selected to the Oklahoma Super Lawyers “Rising Stars List” for the past several years. Eric has also been nominated for the Top 40 under 40 for the National Trial Lawyers Association.
