S. Alex Yaffe
Alex is a lifelong resident of Oklahoma and is proud to continue the tradition of protecting the rights of individuals, governmental entities and corporations who have been wronged. Alex joined his father and brother in 2006 as a lawyer at the firm his father founded nearly 50 years ago. You can say that being an attorney at law is in his blood.
Mr. Yaffe graduated from Westmoore High School (OKC) and continued his education at the University of Oklahoma. During his junior year at OU, he had the opportunity to serve the students in the role of Student Body President. He garnered a great deal of experience from his tenure as the president of the student body. After graduating from OU, he attended Oklahoma City University School of Law.

Alex is admitted to all courts in the state of Oklahoma. He is also admitted to the Federal Courts of the Western District of Oklahoma, Eastern District of Oklahoma, and Colorado. He is also admitted to practice before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. Alex was a Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2011 through 2013. He has been a Super Lawyer from 2013 to present. Alex has litigated and/or been involved in all types of complex litigation including: opioid litigation (representing over 75 counties, cities, and sovereign tribes) pharmaceutical litigation, commercial litigation, securities litigation, class actions, intellectual property, catastrophic injury and wrongful death.
Alex is married, has three daughters, and a house full of dogs. In his spare time, Alex serves as an Executive Board member for the Oklahoma Association for Justice (OAJ President 2016-17), the Vice-Chair of the Oklahoma Healthcare Authority Board (Speaker of the House appointee), Commissioner of the Oklahoma City Housing Authority (Mayoral appointee), Advisory Board member for the South Oklahoma City Chamber, Co-Founder of the Patrons of the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare, Co-Founder of Heartland Lab Rescue, Inc, and volunteers for many other civic and political organizations.
