Liv Cummins

Liv grew up in Elgin, Oklahoma, where she attended Elgin High School and competed in basketball, cross country, and track. She went on to attend East Central University on a basketball scholarship, where she double majored in Legal Studies and Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she served as a member and Research Editor of the American Indian Law Review. Her comment, "The Bad Man's Hourglass: Extending the Clock on Justice," received the journal's 2025 "Best Comment" award and was published in Volume 50, Number 1.

Liv joined Foshee & Yaffe as an attorney in October 2026 and practices personal injury, Social Security Disability law, and general civil litigation. Outside of work, she enjoys basketball, the outdoors, OU athletics, and spending time with family and friends.
