Zachary J. Scott

Zachary was born in Oklahoma City and grew up in Edmond. Before college, he went to school at Bishop McGuinness Catholic Highschool where he played football and soccer. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication with a minor in Enterprise Studies from the University of Oklahoma and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from The University of Oklahoma College of Law. During law school, Zachary was a Student Bar Association Class Representative and gained valuable experience working as a licensed legal intern in the OU College of Law Legal Clinic. While working in the clinic he was able to help clients who could not afford an attorney otherwise in a variety of civil matters. For his work, he received the Oklahoma Bar Association Family Law Section Law Student of the Year Award in 2022. Zachary has been an attorney with Foshee and Yaffe since 2026.

Currently, Zachary practices in personal injury and general civil litigation. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, playing soccer, attending OU athletic events, listening to live music, and spending valuable time with his friends and family.
